Who I Am

Christine Creter

“Food allergies are not only about safety. They affect participation, confidence, belonging and everyday life.”

I am a learning strategist, facilitator, food allergy advocate and mom to a teenage son with 15 life-threatening food allergies and eosinophilic esophagitis (EOE). I also manage five adult-onset food allergies of my own.

For more than 25 years, I have designed and delivered learning programs that help people understand complex information, change behavior and work more effectively. My career has included global learning strategy, large-scale events, leadership development and the founding of Creter Group in 2005.

My food allergy work brings those two worlds together: deep professional experience in education and behavior change, combined with the lived reality of managing food allergies every day.

Program DesignDesigner and Master Trainer for food allergy education in schools, higher education, food service and organizations.
Inclusive ImpactFocused on reducing risk and anxiety while helping people with food allergies participate more fully in everyday life.
