Consulting
Advising schools, camps, corporations, food service teams, technology companies and product developers on policies, processes, labeling, systems and user experiences through a food allergy and inclusion lens.
Practical consulting, coaching and training for families, schools, organizations and companies working to create safer, more inclusive experiences.

I am a learning strategist, facilitator, food allergy advocate and mom to a teenage son with 15 life-threatening food allergies and eosinophilic esophagitis (EOE). I also manage five adult-onset food allergies of my own.
For more than 25 years, I have designed and delivered learning programs that help people understand complex information, change behavior and work more effectively. My career has included global learning strategy, large-scale events, leadership development and the founding of Creter Group in 2005.
My food allergy work brings those two worlds together: deep professional experience in education and behavior change, combined with the lived reality of managing food allergies every day.
